WWDC 2008 is over, your team's out of Euro 2008... what else is there to do this summer? Come to Prague! A few indie Mac guys will be meeting up in this beautiful city to chat about WWDC, the iPhone SDK, and all things to do with running an indie business. Join us! We hope to see Mac folk as well as local Czech techies and entrepreneurs. We're travelling from all over the world to meet up and we hope to see you there too. Spread the word!

Details
Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Date: Tuesday, 1st July 2008
Time: Afternoon, from 2pm onwards, until late (we will most likely move to a new place for dinner/drinks around 8-9pm ish)
Venue: Kolkovna, WE ARE DOWNSTAIRS, IN THE CORNER, (free wi-fi, non-smoky, with good beer and food ) located at V kolkovnÄ› 8, Prague 1 11000, Czech Republic - a few steps from the Old Town Square and famous Charles Bridge, so easy to get to.
Numbers: We don't expect hundreds of people (the pub couldn't handle it!), so you will get a chance to spend quality time chatting with each other.
Upcoming: http://upcoming.yahoo.com/event/792292 (does anybody use Upcoming in Prague?!)
Map: Mapy.cz
What do I need to bring?
As the venue has wi-fi, feel free to bring your laptop, iPhone / iPod touch to show others what you're doing, or share any cool things you've found. If you just want to stay connected and check email, that's fine because yes, we understand, you've got support email to do!
Tech Talk
Let's put everybody together and see what happens. Share tips about the iPhone SDK, consider the approaches to best port an existing desktop/web app to the iPhone, find the right person to help you in your project... There are enterprise applications to be built, and opportunities to create exciting consumer-based iPhone apps and services, perhaps even backed by cloud computing resources like Amazon EC2/S3 or Google App Engine. If you dare to think different, let's hear it!
Accommodation
If you need a hotel, visit Laterooms.com and you can find some hotels close to the venue at a reasonable price. Hotel Hastal is 59 EUR/night, and Metropol is 75 EUR/night, and both have free wifi. If you're on a budget, try some hostels, or CouchSurfing.
Cool, where do I sign up?
Put your name down if you can make it and leave some contact details, etc...
